Elbow

Typical example of a tennis elbow with a tear noted in the extensor carpi radialis brevis tendon at the implant on the lateral epicondyle.
The lateral collateral ligament as well as the lateral ulnar collateral ligaments are intact.

Ankle

A 40 year old male who slipped on a step and developed sudden pain on the lateral aspect of the ankle.
A normal X-Ray.
The ultrasound shows that all the ligaments surrounding the ankle joint are intact.
A complete tear is noted of the retinuculum over the peroneus tendons.
Note the dislocation of peroneus longus over the lateral malleolus […]

subchondral cysts

CT pelvis ( coronal MPR)
29 year old ex-gymnast with hip pain. Note subchondral cysts inĀ  acetabulum as well as femoral neck. Could this be due to chronic impingement eg. femoroacetabular impingement?
