1 year of poorly localised posterior shoulder pain. Ex boxer. Scan shows numerous multiloculated paralabral cysts. Note that they do not fill with Gd.

Firstly I apologise for the spelling error of peroneus quartus as “quadratus”.
Just something interesting seen on ultrasound:
A 17 year old gymnast with lateral ankle pain.
The peroneus quartus is an accessory tendon situated posterior to the peroneus longus and brevis, and implants on the lateral aspect of the calcaneus.
Anterior knee symptoms for one year , after working in cramped space with knee in hyperflexion. No direct trouma to knee.
MR demonstrates extensive cystic changes in Hoffa’s fat pad.
Has anyone seen a similar case ?
