More discoid menisci: Note that the meniscus, when macerated can appear partially extruded posteriorly, as a high signal mass continuous with the posterior horn. Some can also show definite linear signal alteration in keeping with more conventional tears.
Try imaging both hands and wrists together for synovitis cases. It really helps for assesing symmetry and cuts imaging time in half.
