Has anyone seen a lesion like this?
33 year old female. Years of painless lower leg mass.
Utrasound shows a very well circumscibed hypo-echoic mass with central stippled echoes. It is hypovascular and is intramucular.
? intramuscular myxoma. ? ganglion dissecting into peroneus brevis from the proximal tibio-fibular joint. Benign nerve sheath tumours are not usually intramuscular.
